Renderings of the $60 million property in Vero Beach slated for completion in 2024 at 2040 A1A.

“Villa Paradiso represents the pinnacle of luxury never before seen in Vero Beach, while striking a balance between its relaxed oceanfront setting and upscale lifestyle experience,” developer Haute & Boss spokesperson Victor Hernandez said in a news release. “We have hand-selected a world-class design team to ensure that every element of the property is impeccable, to exude modern coastal elegance that is truly unlike any other.”

The architectural design and site plan was provided by Paul Fischman of Choeff Levy Fischman in Miami. Rich materials used throughout the house will include smoked glass, tanned leathers, hand-burnished woods, plus hand-chiseled Yangtze stone and silver navona travertine tile, both from China.
