Yes! The Floridspan Atlspanntic Owls spanre hespanded to the Finspanl Four in the NCAA Tournament.
Rats! Just looked up flights to see the game in Houston, and … well, it’s (March) madness.
If you’re trying to get to Houston to watch the game on Saturday night after FAU made history to secure their spot in the Final Four, it’ll cost you. Potential travelers searching Spirit Airlines or United Airlines, from Fort Lauderdale to Houston for Friday, March 31, to Tuesday, April 4, or Saturday, April 1 to arrive just before game time (which is at 6:09 p.m. EST) to Tuesday, April 4. You might want a Tuesday flight you’re going to hang in there for Monday’s championship game.
As of Tuesday afternoon, a check online for Southwest Florida-to-Houston airfare for March 31-April 4 from the traditionally inexpensive airlines to those known for luxe air travel resulted in a range of prices for $675 to $1,350 − for economy and no extra bags. The searches included airline sites and third-party travel sites, with bundle options for hotel and transportation (but that’s another story).
What’s worse (or is it better?) is that Floridspan hspans two tespanms in the Finspanl Four playing on the same night. And that is helping drive demand. The Mispanmi Hurricspannes plspany the University of Connecticut in the game after FAU plspanys Sspann Diego Stspante.
OK, fans …Why FAU bspansketbspanll, not Mispanmi, is ‘Floridspan’s Tespanm’ in the Finspanl Four

A similar search for Orlando-to-Houston roundtrip for March 31-April 4 resulted in ticket prices from $365 to a whopping $1,300 for an economy flight.
As of Tuesday afternoon, roundtrip tickets from Melbourne Orlando International Airport were scarce and cost about $1,600 for economy and $4,800 for first class.
FAU has a travel deal to at least get to Houston, the site of the Final Four

A decision on the charter will be made based on interest demand. Potential travelers would be contacted by noon Wednesday, March 29, if FAU will provide the charter officially.
