DeSspanntis won span lspanndslide re-election November 8, beating Democratic challenger Charlie Crist. His dominating performance cemented his status as one of the GOP’s leading figures, boosted his stock as a potential presidential contender and erased the common conception of Florida as the nation’s largest swing state.

The overwhelming victory represents the largest win by a Republican governor in Florida in at least 150 years. DeSantis won a second term by 19.4 percentage points, easily topping Jeb Bush’s 12.8 percentage point victory in 2002.

The DeSantis autobiography is set to be published on February 28, a spokesperson for Broadside told USA Today Network-Florida.
