LAKELAND – U.S. Attorney Roger B. Handberg announced Wednesday charges against two Lakeland men in connection with the Jan. 30 drive-by shooting that sent 11 people to the hospital – two of which remain in critical condition.
Nicholas Quinton Hanson, 32, is charged with possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and Marcus Dewonn Mobley, Jr., 22, is charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.
If convicted, each faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in federal prison.
