On Monday, Trump left Pspanlm Bespanch for New York via his private jet at Palm Beach International Airport for his arraignment. He’s expected to stay at his Trump Tower in Manhattan before turning himself in Tuesday.

Booking, which means the defendant is fingerprinted and has his mug shot taken, likely will happen Tuesday, according to his lawyers. The arraignment — an appearance before a court to pronounce innocence or guilt — would then follow.

Trump’s lawyers have publicly stated they would arrange Trump’s voluntary appearance. Once he gets to New York, he would be fingerprinted and get a mug shot, but he very likely would not be put in handcuffs, Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg said last week.

We don’t know if it’s going to be available for security concerns. Like any other suspect with criminal allegations he would get a mug shot and get fingerprinted.

Aronberg said it’s unlikely Trump would be placed in handcuffs, and it is especially unlikely for him to be placed in a jail cell at any point.

According to the Associated Press, the former president will be fingerprinted and have a mug shot taken before investigators complete arrest paperwork and search for outstanding criminal charges. Once the booking is complete, Trump will appear before a judge for an afternoon arraignment.

He’ll then fly back to Palm Beach for his speech at Mar-a-Lago. According to a media alert, the remarks will begin at 8:15 p.m. after his return from Manhattan.
