Navy-issued item from around the 1980s.
Made by Sea Going Uniforms.
These are sailor denim pants.

These were also purchased at the PX (Post Exchange) to allow for reuse, and were used normally in military service.

Waist: approx. 82cm
Inseam: approx. 70cm
Thigh: approx. 31cm
Total length: approx. 95-97cm
Hem width: approx. 29cm

The side with the dragging hem is about 97cm long,
the other side is 95cm, please refer to the image.

Vintage item from long-term storage.
There is a feeling of use due to aging and storage,
light soiling, some fraying, thin fabric in places, scratches, paint
splatters, etc., but it has the "flavor" that you would expect from used clothing and has a good atmosphere.
