Baar and Beards Inc Japan 'Top Hit' ladies collar features faux pears and rhinestones. This company made costume jewelry through the 1940's and 1950's. So this collar could date from either of those decades. The ends of the collar by the clasp measure 1.75" and the backside of the collar measures 1.25". The center opening measures roughly 3.75" to fit a small neck. The material has some blemishes which may be removed with professional cleaning. There is also some wear on the faux pearl beads. There are no rips in the fabric or missing beads/rhinestones. Some of the 'pearl' coating has come off. Collar weighs 3.5 oz. See photos as they are part of the description.
