She is in her original packaging, the "Try Me Button" is not working most likely due to the batteries age. I am assuming it can be replaced if you take her out of the packaging. She is being sold MIP, so if you open her and she does not work, I will not be responsible.
I also notice wear to packing at the top(SEE PICTURES).
