This is a vintage Sony cassette Walkman, playback-only.
I confirmed the sound of the motor rotating when the buttons are pressed, but it was not possible to play cassette tapes. Therefore, please consider purchasing it as a defective item or junk item.
＜Product Condition＞
・When I inserted a rectangular battery I had, inserted a cassette tape, and pressed the PLAY, FF, and REW buttons, I heard the sound of the motor spinning inside, but it stopped immediately, and playback and fast forward were not possible.
・Operation with AA batteries has not been confirmed.
・There may be other undiscovered defects. Please consider purchasing it as a junk item, for parts, or as an antique.
・The cassette tapes and batteries used for testing are not included.
