American vintage cardigan.
It's from Sand Knit, and although the exact manufacturing year is unknown, it's likely from the 1960s to 70s.
You can enjoy the vintage atmosphere from the thick buttons, the heavy fabric, and the long cuffs.
The "67" letter on the shoulder is a key feature, and the lining of the hem has a felt patch sewn on with what appears to be the original owner's name embroidered on it.

As is typical of vintage knitwear, there are several holes that appear to be from moth damage. Please refer to the photos. However, considering its age, I think it's in generally good condition.
