Vintage Coca-Cola cake/pie server made by Meriden Cutlery Co. in Meriden, Connecticut. Blade is marked “1855 12” and celluloid handle engraved “Drink Coca-Cola”. This item is is VERY RARE and I have not found another one like it anywhere. Meriden Cutlery Co. was in business from 1855-1916 when they were purchased by Landers Frary & Clark who continued to use the Meriden name until 1924. Estimate this item dates to the 1920s or earlier. Good condition with no cracks or breaks to the celluloid handle. Stainless steel blade with some pitting and corrosion as shown… especially along the edge. Overall, a very nice rare item for your vintage Coca-Cola collection. Measures about 11.5” total length.
