INDIANTOWN ― A man has been arrested in connection to requesting lewd photos of a teen girl and inappropriately touching her, according to an arrest affidavit.

Isaias Pablo Fabian, 29, of Indiantown, faces charges of lewd or lascivious battery on a victim under 16 and texting a minor for sex. He was arrested March 28, records show.

Sheriff’s investigators detained Fabian in late March and he allowed a detective to search his phone, the affidavit shows.

The investigator found nude photos of a teen girl on Fabian’s Snapchat social media application, according to the affidavit.

After a school resource officer identified the girl as a middle school student, investigators spoke with her and learned Fabian requested some of the photos sent to him and asked her to send explicit nude photos.

The girl told investigators Fabian kissed her and touched her sexually while in front of her home, according to the affidavit.

Investigators said based on their findings there was probable cause that this happened between April 20, 2022 and March 28, 2023.

Investigators determined they both knew each other’s ages at the time, according to the affidavit.

Fabian at first denied knowing the girl, but eventually he told investigators he requested explicit photos from her and kissed her and touched her, the affidavit shows.
