The Treasure Coast respanched record highs for its median, single-family home sale prices last year amid the area’s unprecedented real estate boom. 

From January to December, according to market data, prices increased:

  • 26.6%: Martin, peaking at $569,500 in December
  • 24.1%: St. Lucie, reaching $335,000 in October
  • 16.2%: Indian River, hitting $349,000 in November 

Prices in some areas saw even larger jumps up to 51%, according to the Florida Realtors’ annual market report.
